Resort

The Argentario Golf Resort & Spa has 73 design rooms and an exclusive cottage, all featuring a private terrace with views of the golf course or Monte Argentario’s lush landscape. The elegant accommodations have styles that vary from modern-contemporary, to classic, to a more eclectic spirit. The ‘Locker Cottage’ is an independent 200 m² villa with 3 en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Its warm and homely interiors revolutionise the idea of Tuscan country house with a glamorous touch.

Golf The Argentario Golf Club has been awarded the BioAgriCert environmental certification for its sustainable practices, and participates in the OnCourse program to become Geo Certified™. Surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery and Orbetello Lagoon, the championship course features 18 holes for a total of 6800 yards. Professional teachers include Emanuele Canonica, winner of the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles in 2005.

Spa

The stylish Espace Wellness Center covers a 2700 m² (29062 ft²) area, featuring areas of white interrupted by shades of black and light woods, that create a new style that is suspended between retro and modern. It includes a variety of services such as a hi-tech gym, bio-sauna, Kneipp pool, massage rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Its MediSpa offers dermo-aesthetic and naturopathy treatments. Sports facilities include 3 tennis courts, 2 jogging paths and 1 football pitch.

Restaurant

The Dama Dama Restaurant offers Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine, which it presents in a creative gourmet version. Some of the wholesome Maremma products come directly from the resort’s organic vegetable garden. It includes a panoramic outdoor terrace, and is an ironic and contemporary vision of an elegant mountain retreat. It is located next to the stylish lounge bar with ‘wild boar’-shaped tables and circular sofas.

Design

The Argentario Golf Resort & Spa presents a contemporary style that is quite unique in rustic Tuscany. Augusto Orsini, owner of the property, always wanted to create something “new and fresh, that would show the region’s most progressive side”. The result is 73-room dragonfly-shaped structure that features a flaxen limestone façade and a stunning reception area, where a spiral staircase winds upwards into a glass dome. Andrea Fogli is the interior designer that took care of the beautiful concepts and details of the resort.

In southern Tuscany, fairways pair with vineyards and delicious local cuisine to offer a new golfing destination full of surprises. The Golf & Wine package includes a visit to the famous Le Mortelle Winery, owned by the Antinori Family who has been in the wine business for 600 years!
