Knole Park entered Golf World’s Top 100 Courses England in 2017. A stunning parkland course with an incredible history, Knole Park starts with a tough par 3 and leads to magnificent deer park estate holes. Set around Knole House, the golf course is located within 1,000 acres of outstanding parkland and is home to one of the finest deer herds in the South East of England.

Chart Hills Golf Club is a really strong strategic course from designer Nick Faldo. Set in 200 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, the course features over 130 bunkers, and is always in great condition. The greens are fast, true, and challenging to any level of golfer. The 17th is by far the most memorable hole - a 120 yard tee shot to an island green.

Tudor Park was designed by Donal Steele in 1988, and is situated in a 200-acre deer park full of undulating hills and woodland. The golf course in short, and very forgiving in places. It meanders through rolling countryside, and whilst it may not be the most memorable course you will play, it’s certainly a beautiful parkland golf course that makes a great location for a golf break. The Marriott hotel features standard bedrooms and one-bedroom suites, an indoor swimming pool, spa and popular grill restaurant.
Littlestone Golf Club

Littlestone Golf club is a tight, compact and fast-running links golf course that’s extremely enjoyable for golfers of all abilities. The course is pretty flat, but can be a tough challenge when the wind speeds increase. The ground is often hard and dry, ensuring well struck shots are rewarded. The original links was designed by Purves, and was later added to by James Braid and Alister Mackenzie.

Royal Cinque Ports is the most southerly course on the eastern tip of the south coast in Kent. The opening hole provides multiple challenges from the tee including out of bounds, long rough and a ditch protecting the green. You will need to play your best on every hole here to score well, but the beauty of the course ensures every round will be enjoyable.
The bunkers are huge and the design really takes advantage of the historic undulations of the land. Royal Cinque Ports Golf Course presents a fine collection of par 3 holes, with each one playing in a different direction.

Prince’s Golf Club is located next to Royal St George’s Golf Club, and offers 27 holes (3 loops of 9 holes), with the combination of the Shore and the Dunes considered to be the prime course. The fairways may be generously wide, but you have to position yourself carefully to avoid the penalising pot bunkers.
The Himalayas is the secondary course, a favourite among golf club members due to being shorter and slightly less taxing for the average golfer. Re-designed by Martin Ebert, the Himalayas features exposed natural wetlands, 35 bunkers, and embankments protecting the hole boundaries.
Prior to the 2011 Open Championship at neighboring Royal St George’s, Prince’s opened accommodation in the form of ‘The Lodge’ and an award-winning restaurant, making the resort ideal for Golf Breaks in Kent.

The course will mesmerise you, enchant you, and is by far one of the best golf courses in England, and the best links golf course in the south. The Open Championship has been held at Royal St George’s 13 times since 1894, and it is returning again in 2020.
Covering one of the most incredible pieces of links land in the UK, the golf course oozes history and class, and is one that has to be experiences for its bunkering and incredible greens. The holes are protected by wispy grass, the greens are guarded by intimidating bunkers, and the layout requires a full range of shots. Royal St George’s Golf Club is old fashioned golf at its best.
